It is made by individually wrapping polymer bones with printed images of bacteria and viruses. This paper is called Spirit paper, it is a gentian violet based stencil type paper and has anti-fungal/anti-bacterial capabilities. Gentian violet is commonly used by tattoo artists, plastic surgeons and also in the field of pathology for staining cells or bacteria under the microscope, colloquially known as the Gram’s staining method. The planter has a UV protectant.
